These terms govern your use of VPN Sydney, operated by Virtual Simulation Systems (VISIM), Australia. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
VPN Sydney provides a virtual private network that encrypts your internet connection and routes it through our servers. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.
2. Your account
You must provide a valid email and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. Plans cover a set number of devices, as shown at checkout.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use VPN Sydney to:
- Break any law of Australia or your location;
- Send spam, malware, or launch attacks (e.g. hacking, denial-of-service);
- Infringe others' intellectual property;
- Harm minors, harass others, or distribute illegal content.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
4. Payment, renewal & cancellation
Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. 30-day money-back guarantee
New subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of their first payment by contacting support@vpn.sydney. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy and No-Logs Policy.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the amount you paid. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
