No-Logs Policy
Last updated: 27 June 2026
A VPN is only as trustworthy as what it records. Our answer is simple: we don't keep logs of what you do online.
What "no-logs" means here
VPN Sydney does not collect, store, or share any record of:
- The websites or services you visit;
- Your DNS queries;
- The contents of your traffic;
- Your true IP address paired with your activity;
- Bandwidth or browsing histories used to profile you.
Because we never record this information, there is simply nothing about your online activity to leak, sell, or be compelled to hand over.
What we do keep (and why)
To run a paid service we keep the bare minimum: your email, a hashed password, and your subscription/billing status (via Stripe). That's it. None of it reveals what you do while connected. See our Privacy Policy for detail.
Honest about jurisdiction
We're proudly Australian-owned and operated. Australia has data-retention laws, but those apply to records a provider actually holds — and we deliberately design our service so that your browsing activity is never logged in the first place. We'd rather not have the data than promise to "protect" it.
Acceptable use
No-logs is about your privacy, not a shield for illegal activity. Please use VPN Sydney lawfully — see our Terms of Service.
